摘要
系统分析全过程工程咨询的内涵,提出全过程工程咨询并非一定要延伸到项目建设的全过程的所有咨询业务。在此基础上,针对综合性工程咨询公司的业务特点和优势、存在的不足和短板,阐述综合性工程咨询公司如何通过业务创新,分阶段拓展全过程工程咨询业务,并建议综合性工程咨询公司需为此进行相应的技术准备、组织准备和人员准备。
This paper makes a systematic analysis of the connotation of the life cycle engineering consultation,and points out that the life cycle engineering consultation does not necessarily extend to all consulting businesses in the whole process of project construction.On this basis,in view of the business characteristics,advantages,disadvantages and shortcomings of comprehensive engineering consulting companies,expounds how comprehensive engineering consulting companies expand the life cycle engineering consulting business in stages through business innovation,and suggests that comprehensive engineering consulting companies need to carry out corresponding technical preparation,organizational preparation and personnel preparation.
