摘要
杜儿坪煤矿北七集中皮带巷巷道掘进过程中面临粉尘产生量过大问题。通过对综掘工作面粉尘产生原因分析,提出以泡沫除尘为核心的降尘技术措施。现场应用表明,采取泡沫除尘技术后掘进工作面全尘、呼吸性粉尘浓度在137.60 mg/m^3、80.00 mg/m^3以内,改善了掘进工作面作业环境。
In the process of driving the roadway in north no.7 centralized belt roadway in Duerping Coal Mine,the problem of excessive dust production is faced.Based on the analysis of the causes of dust in the fully mechanized working face,a dust reduction technology with foam dedusting as the core is put forward.The field application shows that after adopting the foam dust removal technology,the total dust and respirable dust concentration in the working face are less than 137.60 mg/m^3 and 80.00 mg/m^3,which improves the working environment of the heading face.
