一次采全高综采工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术 被引量:30

Gob-side entry retaining technology in fully mechanized working face full-seam mining

摘要 根据塔河矿业榆树泉煤矿1014工作面和巷道概况,采用一次采全高综采工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷技术对其进行开采,在1014工作面采用"恒阻大变形锚索+钢带"加固后,再进行深孔爆破技术预裂顶板沿空切巷,爆破后采用临时和永久支护相结合方式加固支护顶板,最后架U型钢方式进行挡矸。结果表明:该技术可有效降低矿井掘进成本,满足矿井安全生产要求,取得了较好的支护效果和经济效益。 According to the general situation of working face and roadway of 1014 working face in Yushuquan Coal Mine,it is decided to adopt the technology of roof cutting pressure relieving and gob side entry retaining in fully mechanized working face full-seam mining.After adopting constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable and steel belt reinforcement in 1014 working face,deep hole blasting technology is used to pre-split the roof and retain roadway along the gob.Temporary and permanent methods are adopted after blasting,and U-shaped steel is used to block the gangue.The results show that the technology can effectively reduce the cost of mine excavation,meet the requirements of mine safety production,achieve good support effect and great economic benefits.
