摘要
巷道掘进是煤矿开采过程中的重要环节,影响煤炭开采的整体进度。针对糯东煤矿采掘紧张的局面,以12000工作面底抽巷为工程背景,对影响巷道掘进因素进行了分析,认为地质条件、掘进设备、作业方式、人员综合素质、管理水平是影响巷道快速掘进的重要因素。为了实现巷道的快速掘进,提出具有针对性的改进措施,从底抽巷的掘进设备、巷道布置层位、支护方式选取、施工组织设计的合理性等方面入手。现场实践表明:底抽巷快速掘进效果明显,提高了岩巷掘进的单循环进尺,有效地降低了掘进成本,改善作业环境,实现了12000工作面底抽巷的快速掘进,保证了工作面的安全回采,可为其他巷道的掘进提供借鉴。
Roadway excavation is an important link in the process of coal mining,which affects the overall progress of coal mining.In view of the tense situation of mining in Nuodong Coal Mine,taking the floor extraction roadway of 12000 working face as the engineering background,the paper analyzed the factors influencing the roadway excavation,and found that the geological conditions,driving equipment,operation mode,comprehensive quality of personnel and management level are the important factors affecting the rapid excavation of roadway.In order to realize the rapid excavation of roadway,the paper put forward targeted improvement measures from the aspects of tunneling equipment,roadway layout layer,supporing mode selection,rationality of construction organization design and so on.The field practice showed that:the effect of rapid excavation of floor extraction roadway is obvious,which improves the single cycle footage of rock roadway excavation,effectively reduces the driving cost,improves the working environment,realizes the rapid excavation of floor extraction roadway in 12000 working face,which is beneficial to ensure the safe mining of the working face,and provides reference for the excavation of other roadways in this mine.
