摘要
目的调查湖南省贫困地区女性“两癌”知识现状及影响因素,了解存在的问题,为更好地开展“两癌”筛查工作及实现一级预防提供依据。方法于2018年5-7月对湖南省4个贫困县的900名女性进行问卷调查。结果调查对象“两癌”知识平均分为(27.8±12.3)分(满分58分),总知晓率为47.9%,乳腺癌、宫颈癌知识各选项知晓率范围为10.7%~89.8%、14.0%~84.3%。不同居住地点、年龄、户口性质、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业、家庭月收入调查对象“两癌”知识得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示:“两癌”知识得分的影响因素为居住地点、年龄、文化程度、职业、家庭月收入。结论贫困地区女性“两癌”知识得分较低,知识掌握不均衡情况突出,应根据这一人群特点及知识掌握不平衡的现状采取针对性措施,提高女性“两癌”知识水平。
Objective To analysis the status and influencing factors of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge among the women in the poor areas of Hu'nan Province,explore the existing problems,provide a basis for better carrying out breast cancer and cervical cancer screening work and realizing primary prevention.Methods From May to July in 2018,a questionnaire survey was performed among 900 women in four poor counties of Hu'nan Province.Results The average score of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge was(27.8±12.3)(full score:58),the overall awareness rate of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge was 47.9%,the awareness rates of breast cancer knowledge and cervical cancer knowledge were 10.7%-89.8%and 14.0%-84.3%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge among the women from different residential locations,in different age groups,with different registered permanent residence,educational levels,marriage statuses,occupations,and monthly family incomes(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge scores included residential location,age,educational level,occupation,and monthly family income.Conclusion The women in the poor areas have low scores of breast cancer and cervical cancer knowledge,and the knowledge imbalance is remarkable.The targeted measures should be taken based on the characteristics and knowledge imbalance status of the above-mentioned population to improve the knowledge levels of breast cancer and cervical cancer.
