高温裂解法预处理高浓VOCs的工程实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对国内某医药企业真空泵房产生的600 m^3/h高浓度VOCs,其主要含有二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、丙酮和甲醇(质量浓度高达几万mg/m^3)。采用高温裂解工艺对其进行预处理,实践数据分析可知高温裂解工艺对二氯甲烷处理效率最优(效率≥97%),甚至可达到99%以上;其对丙酮和甲醇的处理效率≥94%;其对三氯甲烷的处理效率较差,约90%左右。通过工程实践可知高温裂解工艺不仅提高了系统的综合治理效果,保证尾气达标排放;而且相对于传统的催化燃烧、活性炭吸脱附等工艺,可以直接降低一次性投资以及后续的运行费用。 For the high concentration VOCs of 600 m3/h produced by vacuum pump room of a domestic pharmaceutical enterprise,it mainly contains dichloromethane,trichloromethane,acetone and methanol(the concentration is up to tens of thousands of mg/m3).It is pretreated by high temperature cracking process。Data analysis shows that the cracking process has the best treatment efficiency for dichloromethane(efficiency≥97%),even more than 99%。The treatment efficiency of acetone and methanol by high temperature plasma cracking method is more than 94%;the treatment efficiency of chloroform is poor,about 90%.It can be seen from the engineering practice that the high-temperature cracking process not only improves the comprehensive treatment effect of the system and ensures the emission of the tail gas up to the standard,but also directly reduces the one-time investment and subsequent operation costs compared with the traditional catalytic combustion,activated carbon adsorption and desorption processes.
