石化行业有机及恶臭废气治理中试实验研究 被引量:3

Pilot Study of the Treatment Process of Highly-concentrated Organic Waste Gas and Odor in the Petrochemical Industry

摘要 针对石化行业的高浓度有机及恶臭废气采用吸附协同多相催化氧化治理工艺,进行中试实验研究。通过该法处理的石化工业中产生的VOCs、非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、硫化氢、二氧化硫、氨气的去除效果,中试装置运行成本分析,得出结论:高效吸附协同多相催化氧化工艺可实现石化行业产生废气的稳定达标排放,其中对VOCs、非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、臭气浓度去除率达到90%以上,运行成本(包括氧化剂、催化剂、蒸汽、电费)合计0.056 96元/m3·h,综合苯、甲苯、二甲苯排污费减少及混苯回收的收益,可得净收益0.059 75元/m3·h。 A pilot experiment was carried out to treat highly-concentrated organic waste gas and odor emitted from the petrochemical industry via adsorption and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation. The removal efficiencies of VOCs, NMHC,benzene,methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene,styrene,H2 S,SO2,and NH3 as well as the operating cost were discussed. The results showed that by application of adsorption and heterogeneous catalytic oxidation,the gas produced by the petrochemical industry stably complied with the emission standard. The removal rates of VOCs, NMHC, benzene, methylbenzene,dimethylbenzene and odor reached to more than 90%. The running cost( including oxidants,catalysts,steam,electricity) was0. 056 96 yuan/m^3·h. By taking the pollution levy reduction and the recycled income of benzene,methylbenzene and dimethylbenzene into comprehensive consideration,the net income was about 0. 059 75 yuan/m^3·h.
