丙泊酚与依托咪酯混合液用于全身麻醉诱导的临床研究

摘要 目的:分析丙泊酚与依托咪酯混合液用于全身麻醉诱导的效果。方法:随机抽选2018年1月至2019年12月在广州市番禺区中心医院接受全身麻醉的60例患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将这60例患者分为对照组和观察组。为对照组患者采用丙泊酚进行麻醉诱导,为观察组患者采用丙泊酚与依托咪酯混合液进行麻醉诱导。然后比较两组患者诱导前1 min(T0)、插管前1 min(T1)、插管时(T2)、插管后1 min(T3)、插管后5 min(T4)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)及其注射痛、肌震颤的发生率。结果:1)在T0,两组患者的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR相比,P>0.05。在T1、T2、T3、T4,观察组患者的SBP、DBP、MAP、HR均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。2)在麻醉期间,观察组患者注射痛、肌震颤的发生率均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:丙泊酚与依托咪酯混合液用于全身麻醉诱导的效果较好,可显著降低患者注射痛、肌震颤的发生率。 Objective:To analyze the effect of the mixture of propofol and etomidate on induction of general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 60 patients who received general anesthesia in The Central Hospital of Panyu District,Guangzhou city from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected as study subjects.The 60 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Propofol was used for anesthesia induction in the control group,and the mixture of propofol and etomidate was used for anesthesia induction in the observation group.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),and incidence of injection pain and muscle fibrillation were then compared between the two groups 1 min before induction(T0),1 min before intubation(T1),at intubation(T2),1 min after intubation(T3),and 5 min after intubation(T4).Results:1)in T0,compared with SBP,DBP,MAP and HR,P>was 0.05.At T1,T2,T3,and T4,SBP,DBP,MAP,and HR in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).2)During anesthesia,the incidence of injection pain and muscle tremor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mixture of propofol and etomidate is effective in inducing general anesthesia and can s ignificantly reduce the incidence of injection pain and muscle tremor in patients.
