二次谐波超声造影对肝癌血管受侵及肿瘤可切除性的研究

摘要 目的探讨二次谐波超声造影术前检查肝癌血管受侵及肿瘤可切除性评价的使用价值。方法选取2018年8月—2019年11月间我院收治的肝癌患者共200例,分别于术前采取二次谐波超声造影及CT增强扫描对患者进行检查,对比观察不同检查方法对周围血管受侵及手术可切除性的灵敏度、特异度等指标。结果二次谐波超声造影术前分析肝癌周围血管受侵灵敏度及特异度与CT增强扫描对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);二次谐波超声分析手术可行性准确率与CT增强扫描对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二次谐波超声造影可于肝癌患者术前做出准确评价,指导手术方案。 Objective To explore the value of preoperative evaluation of vascular invasion and tumor resectability of liver cancer by second harmonic contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Methods Selected 200 patients with liver cancer between August 2018 and November 2019,the patients were examined by second harmonic contrast ultrasound and CT enhanced scanning before surgery.Sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of vascular invasion and surgical resection.Results The sensitivity and specificity of the analysis of vascular invasion and surgical resection before liver cancer in the second harmonic contrast-enhanced ultrasound were not significantly different from those of enhanced CT(P>0.05).There was no significant between two grups in accuracy rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can be used to accurately evaluate liver cancer patients before surgery,guide surgical procedures,and reduce the radiation dose to patients.
