摘要
目的:观察对膀胱过度活动患者实施针灸联合行为护理干预的临床效果。方法:在2018年5月~2020年3月本院所收治的膀胱过度活动症女性患者71例,按照随机、对照原则将其分为观察组和对照组,分别将接受针灸联合行为干预护理和单纯的行为干预护理,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行评估分析,包括其排尿症状、单次尿量、尿动力学结果等。结果:观察组患者在治疗后其24h排尿次数、24h尿急次数、24h急迫性尿失禁次数均明显少于对照组,平均排尿量明显高于后者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总治疗有效率(88.89%)明显高于对照组(68.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸联合行为干预护理治疗膀胱过度活动症,可有效对患者尿急等症状进行纠正,促进其排尿情况的改善,对于促进患者膀胱功能的恢复具有十分积极的作用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with behavioral nursing intervention for patients with overactive bladder.Methods:From May 2018 to March 2020,71 female patients with overactive bladder admitted to our hospital were divided into an observation group and a controlled group according to random and controlled principles.Simple behavioral intervention nursing,evaluation and analysis of the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients,including their urination symptoms,single urine output,urodynamic results,etc.Results:After treatment,the observation group's 24h urination,24h urgency,and 24h urinary incontinence were significantly less than the controlled group,the average urination volume was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(88.89%)was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(68.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with behavioral intervention nursing for the treatment of overactive bladder can effectively correct the patient's urgency and other symptoms,promote the improvement of urination,and has a very positive role in promoting the recovery of bladder function.
