摘要
目的探讨中西医两种护理干预对膀胱过度活动症女性患者的效果。方法选取2017年1-8月该院收治的女性膀胱过度活动症患者（肾气亏虚型）100例作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各50例。实验组给予中医护理干预，对照组给予西医护理干预（行为疗法）。干预前后分别采用膀胱过度活动症评估量表（OABSS）评价患者症状缓解程度，采用尿失禁生活质量问卷（I-QOL）评价患者的生活质量。结果干预前两组患者膀胱过度活动症量表评分和生活质量问卷评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05），干预后两组患者症状评分均下降、生活质量均提高，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论中医护理干预可显著改善女性膀胱过度活动症患者症状，提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of two kinds of nursing intervention in Chinese and western medi- cine on female patients With bladder hyperactivity disorder. Methods A total of 100 patients of female overactive blad- der （the deficiency of kidney） admitted to this hospital from January to August 2017 were selected as the research ob- jects. They were divided into the experimental group and the control group, 50 cases of each group. The experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, and the control group was given western medicine in- tervention （behavior therapy）. The overactive bladder symptom score （OABSS） was used to evaluate the patients＇ symptom relief before and after intervention. The questionary score of life quality with urinary incontinence （I-QOL） was used to evaluate life qualify of the patients. Results Before the intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of bladder hyperactivity scale and quality of life questionnaire （P〉0. 05）. After the intervention, symptom scores decreased and quality of life improved in both groups, with statistically signifi- cant differences （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the symptoms and quality of life of female patients with bladder hyperactivity disorder.
