摘要
为研究我国危险品事故原因之间的关联性,以127起危险品事故调查报告为数据来源进行实证分析.通过搜集官网上各种危险品的事故调查报告,总结归纳事故发生原因并构建事故原因共现矩阵,基于复杂网络理论构建一个包含50个节点,245条边的无向加权网络模型,使用Pajek软件对事故原因共现网络的度与度分布、平均路径长度、聚类系数等统计指标进行分析,得出该网络具有无标度网络和小世界网络特征,并通过对网络节点进行中心性分析得出发生事故的高发原因是"违章作业"、"安全生产主体责任不落实"、"安全管理混乱"等.
In order to study the correlation between the causes of dangerous goods accidents in China,127 investigation reports of dangerous goods accidents were used as data sources for empirical analysis. By collecting the accident investigation reports of various dangerous goods on the official website,the accident causes are summarized and the accident cause cooccurrence matrix was constructed;then,based on the complex network theory,an undirected weighted network model with 50 nodes and 245 edges was constructed;Pajek software was used to analyze the degree and degree distribution,average path length and clustering coefficient of the accident cause co-occurrence network through the analysis of statistical indicators,it was concluded that the network has the characteristics of scale-free network and small world network,and through the central analysis of network nodes,it was concluded that the high incidence of accidents was " illegal operation", " the main responsibility of safety production was not implemented", " safety management confusion".
