液相微萃取技术在法化学检验中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 液相微萃取(LPME)是一种绿色环保的微型样品前处理技术,可统一完成样品采集、萃取、富集等过程,并可与多种分析仪器联用实现对样品的检验分析。随着科学技术的发展,现已衍生出多种不同萃取模式的液相微萃取方法,本文共介绍三种液相微萃取技术,即单滴液相微萃取(SDME)、中空纤维液相微萃取(HF-LPME)、分散液相微萃取(DLLME),以及其在法化学检验领域的研究应用进展。 liquid phase microextraction(LPME)is a kind of environmental friendly micro sample pretreatment technology,which can complete the process of sample collection,extraction,enrichment and so on,and can be used with a variety of an⁃alytical instruments to realize the test and analysis of samples.With the development of science and technology,many kinds of liquid-phase microextraction methods with different extraction modes have been derived.Three kinds of liquid-phase mi⁃croextraction technologies are introduced in this paper,namely SDME,HF-LPME,DLLME,and their research and applica⁃tion progress in the field of chemical examination.
