分散液-液微萃取与高效液相色谱联用快速测定水样中的增塑剂 被引量:4

Rapid Determination of Plasticizers in Water Samples by Dispersion Liquid-Liquid Microextraction Coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 以疏水性离子液体为萃取剂,采用分散液-液微萃取对样品进行前处理,结合高效液相色谱,建立水样中增塑剂的快速检测方法.对影响分散液-液微萃取的各种参数,如萃取剂的种类及用量、分散剂的种类及用量、溶液pH值、萃取时间以及离子强度等分别进行了考察.实验发现,增塑剂在质量浓度为1~100μg·L^-1时具有良好的线性关系(R^2>0.999),检出限(S/N=3)为0.012~0.028μg·L^-1.该方法用于环境水样中增塑剂的分析检测,加标回收率为92.5%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为4.59%~5.81%(n=3).该方法具有分析速度快、样品处理简单、对环境友好等优点,适用于水体中增塑剂的快速检测. A rapid and sensitive method based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupling with high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the rapid determination of plasticizers in environmental water samples.Several important parameters influencing the extraction efficiency were optimized,including kind and volume of extracting solvents,kind and volume of dispersing solvents,pH,ion strength,extraction time,etc.The linear ranges were both 1~100μg·L^-1 and the correlation coefficient were greater than 0.999.Under the optimal conditions,the limits of detection of the five analytes were 0.012~0.028μg·L^-1.The relative recoveries for spiked environmental water samples were in the range of 92.5%~108.2%with relative standard deviations varying from 4.59%to 5.81%.The proposed method was proved to be a rapid,simple,efficient and environmentally friendly method for the simultaneous determination of plasticizer in environmental water samples.
