摘要
新型职业农民培育工程在我国起步较晚,其教育培训工作尚处于探索与完善阶段。在工作推动与实践过程中,有必要借鉴发达国家成熟的做法,为我国新型农民职业教育与技能培训工作提供有益的参考与建议。基于此,从制度保障体系、支撑服务体系、教育培训体系三方面,对世界主要农业现代化强国在新型职业农民教育培训事业上的举措进行系统的考察与梳理,立足于我国实际,提出深化我国新型职业农民教育培训事业改革的建议。
The new type of professional farmers'cultivation project started late in China,and its education and training work is still in the stage of exploration and improvement.In the process of work promotion and practice,it is necessary to learn from the mature practices of developed countries,to provide useful reference and suggestions for the new vocational education and skills training of farmers in China.Based on this,from the three aspects of institutional guarantee system,support service system and education and training system,this paper systematically investigated and sorted out the measures taken by the world's major agricultural modernization powers in the new type of professional farmers'education and training,and then put forward suggestions for deepening the reform of the new type of professional farmers'education and training in China based on Chinese reality.
