摘要
目的探讨流程管理对手术室运营效率的影响。方法选取2013年4月―2019年3月在我院进行手术治疗的9702例患者作为研究对象,将2013年4月―2016年3月在院治疗的4987例患者纳入对照组,按照常规手术流程实行手术;将2016年4月―2019年3月的4715例患者纳入观察组,按照流程管理进行手术。比较两组患者首台手术准时开始情况、连台手术接台超时情况、手术周转时间、护理不良事件发生情况和患者满意度。结果观察组首台手术准时开台率显著高于对照组,手术接台超时率显著低于对照组,手术周转时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组压力性溃疡和医源性皮肤损伤的发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);观察组患者满意率显著高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论流程管理能显著提高手术室运营效率,显著提高首台手术准时开台率和手术接台未超时率,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of process management on operational efficiency of operating room.Methods 9702 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.4987 patients treated in our hospital from April 2013 to March 2016 were included in the control group who were treated with routine surgical procedure.4715 patients from April 2016 to March 2019 were included in the observation group,and their operations were performed according to the process management.On time rate of the first operation,the overtime rate of the consecutive operation,the turnover time of the operation,the incidence of adverse nursing events and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The on-time rate of the first operation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The overtime rate of the consecutive operation was significantly lower than that in the control group.The operation turnover time was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcers and iatrogenic skin lesions of the observation group was not statistically different from that of the control group(p>0.05).The patients'satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.01).Conclusion Process management can significantly improve the operational efficiency of the operating room,increase the on-time opening rate of the first operation and the non-overtime rate of the consecutive operation,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patients'satisfaction.
