摘要
尝试运用德尔菲法、隶属度分析和相关性分析构建护理人员绩效评价指标集,运用层次分析法确定各指标的权重,设计护理人员绩效评价指标体系,以期为护理人员的绩效评价提供借鉴。
The authors used Delphi method,membership grade analysis and correlation analysis to analyze the nurses' performance appraisal indictors,and applied analytic hierarchy process to identify the weight of every indictor.By doing so,they constructed the nurses' performance appraisal indictors system and provided reference for the nurses' performance appraisal.
