摘要
通过对湖南省产业技术创新战略联盟发展现状摸底调研,根据实用标的统计结果,围绕省级联盟的现实问题和发展瓶颈,结合现有政策环境进行初步分析,为下一步联盟发展提出政策建议和改进措施。
This paper carries out a thorough investigation on the development status of Hunan Province’s industrial technology innovation strategic alliance through various communication means.According to the statistical results of practical targets,the current problems and development bottlenecks of the provincial alliance are combined,and a preliminary analysis is carried out in conjunction with the existing policy environment to offer policy recommendations and improvement measures.
