摘要
通过对中医实习生临床实践教学问题调查分析发现,教学管理欠规范、教学投入力度不够、师资力量薄弱、教学考评体系不完善、学生整体综合素质降低、医疗教学大环境是掣肘中医实习生临床教学能力的问题。据此,笔者提出健全临床教学管理体系,完善教学制度,规范教学管理过程;增强教学意识,加大教学投入;夯实基础,强化技能,重视思政教育,提高综合素质,突显中医教学特色;完善临床教学质量考评体系;加强教学激励措施等几个方面,以改进教学。通过上述方案以改进教学措施,旨在加强我院实习教学的内涵建设,提高教学水平。
The investigation and analysis of the clinical practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine interns shows that the problems restricting the clinical teaching ability of TCM interns were the lack of standardized teaching management, inadequate investment in teaching, weak teachers, imperfect teaching evaluation system, lower overall quality of students, and medical teaching environment. Therefore, we gave some suggestion to improve teaching measures, such as improve the clinical teaching management system and the teaching system, standardize the teaching management process, increase teaching awareness and input, consolidate the foundation, strengthen management skills, attach importance to ideological and political education, improve comprehensive quality,highlight the characteristics of TCM teaching, improve the evaluation system of clinical teaching quality, strengthen teaching incentives and other aspects. The purpose of this study was to strengthen the connotation of practice teaching in our college and improve the teaching level.
