摘要
本科生党支部、团支部和班委会是高校有效组织学生开展各类活动,实现学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务、自我监督,提高大学生整体素质和能力的重要组织。在实践运行中却存在着职能交叉、定位不清等问题,以致育人效果有待提高。面对"双一流"建设使命的模式探索、高校群团组织时代特点和大学生新情况、新特点,进一步明确党团班各自发展的职能、方向和协同育人机制,对实现学生全面发展的目标具有重要意义。
Undergraduate Party branches,League branches and class committees are important organizations to organize students to carry out various activities effectively,realize students’self-management,self-education,self-service and self supervision,and improve their overall quality and ability.However,there are some problems in the process of practical operation,such as overlapping functions and unclear positioning,so that the effect of education needs to be improved.To further clarify the respective functions,directions and collaborative education mechanisms of the development of the Party,the League and classes according to the model of"double first-rate"construction,the characteristics of the era of college mass organizations,and the new situation and characteristics of college students will be of great significance for achieving the goal of comprehensive development of students.
