摘要
制盐蒸发结晶罐内的料液过饱和度与产能及晶体粒度密切相关,其作用具有复杂的双面性。提高过饱和度、降低二次成核数量和提高过饱和度的消除速率是蒸发结晶罐结构改进的一个重要课题。可以通过射流引流,强化液下沸腾,将过饱和度的产生空间扩大,同时在此空间内拥有尽可能多的晶体表面和较快的晶体成长速率,来提升蒸发结晶罐的产能和提高晶体的粒度。
The supersaturation of the feed liquid in the evaporative crystallization tank of salt making is closely related to the productivity and crystal size,and its effect is complex and double-sided. Increasing supersaturation,decreasing the number of secondary nucleation and increasing the removal rate of supersaturation are the main objectives of the structural improvement of evaporative crystal tank. Through jet drainage,the subaqueous boiling can be enhanced to expand the generation space of supersaturation. Meanwhile,there are as many crystal surfaces and faster crystal growth rate in this space as possible,so as to improve the productivity of evaporative crystal tank and the grain size of crystal.
