基于退化碘转移聚合方法合成聚丙烯酸酯二醇以及基于丙烯酸酯二醇合成水性聚氨酯的研究

摘要 采用退化碘转移聚合方法(DITP),以丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯为原料,4,4′-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇)(ACPO)为链引发剂,α,α′-二碘对二甲苯(DIX)为链转移剂,β-巯基乙醇为功能性封端剂,合成链段两端均为羟基的聚丙烯酸乙酯(PEA)二元醇和含有亲水基团的聚丙烯酸乙酯-聚丙烯酸共聚物(PEA-PAA)二元醇。分别以PEA和PEA-PAA二元醇为软段,采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为小分子扩链剂,成功合成了水性聚氨酯分散体。并采用激光解离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法表征了PEA、PEA-PAA二元醇的结构及其合成的水性聚氨酯分散体(PUD)结构。 The hydroxyl-terminated poly(ethyl acrylate)(PEA)and poly(ethyl acrylateacrylic acid)(PEA-PAA)have been successfully synthesized by degenerative iodine transfer polymerization(DITP)of ethyl acrylate(EA)and t-butyl acrylate(t-BA),which used 4,4′-azobis(4-cyano-1-pentanol)(ACPO)andα,α′-diiodoxylene(DIX)as initiator and chain transfer agent,respectively,andβ-mercaptoethanol as functional end-capping agent.Using PEA and PEA-PAA diols as the soft segment,two polyacrylate polyurethanes dispersions(PUA)were synthesized by toluene diisocyanate(TDI),and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as chain extender.The poly(ethyl acrylate),and poly(ethyl acrylate-acrylic acid)and polyacrylate polyurethanes dispersions were analyzed by MALDI-TOF mass,NMR,FT-IR and GPC.The results revealed that PEA-PAA diols as soft segment successfully synthesized the polyurethane dispersion without using 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA).
