摘要
采用退化碘转移聚合方法(DITP),以丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯为原料,4,4′-偶氮双(4-氰基戊醇)(ACPO)为链引发剂,α,α′-二碘对二甲苯(DIX)为链转移剂,β-巯基乙醇为功能性封端剂,合成链段两端均为羟基的聚丙烯酸乙酯(PEA)二元醇和含有亲水基团的聚丙烯酸乙酯-聚丙烯酸共聚物(PEA-PAA)二元醇。分别以PEA和PEA-PAA二元醇为软段,采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为小分子扩链剂,成功合成了水性聚氨酯分散体。并采用激光解离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF)、核磁共振波谱仪(NMR)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等方法表征了PEA、PEA-PAA二元醇的结构及其合成的水性聚氨酯分散体(PUD)结构。
The hydroxyl-terminated poly(ethyl acrylate)(PEA)and poly(ethyl acrylateacrylic acid)(PEA-PAA)have been successfully synthesized by degenerative iodine transfer polymerization(DITP)of ethyl acrylate(EA)and t-butyl acrylate(t-BA),which used 4,4′-azobis(4-cyano-1-pentanol)(ACPO)andα,α′-diiodoxylene(DIX)as initiator and chain transfer agent,respectively,andβ-mercaptoethanol as functional end-capping agent.Using PEA and PEA-PAA diols as the soft segment,two polyacrylate polyurethanes dispersions(PUA)were synthesized by toluene diisocyanate(TDI),and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as chain extender.The poly(ethyl acrylate),and poly(ethyl acrylate-acrylic acid)and polyacrylate polyurethanes dispersions were analyzed by MALDI-TOF mass,NMR,FT-IR and GPC.The results revealed that PEA-PAA diols as soft segment successfully synthesized the polyurethane dispersion without using 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA).
