摘要
以丙烯酸酯类低聚物(DJW-330)为改性剂、聚醚和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯为原料,采用自乳化法合成厂改性的水性聚氨酯(WPU)乳液。采用GPC、FTIR、DSC和荧光显微镜等方法对产物进行了结构表征及性能分析。实验结果表明,当采用分步法滴加引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)和混合溶剂(丙酮和乙酸乙酯的体积比3:4)时,AIBN用量(基于丙烯酸酯单体总质量)为0.4%~0.6%时可得到黏度和相对分子质量适中的DJW-330;当DJW-330用量(基于固体总质量)为1.4%时改性WPU的综合性能最佳,初黏度可达14号球,持黏度达100min,且乳液稳定性好。表征结果显示,DJW-330是以化学键的形式结合到WPU分子链中的,用DJW~330改性的WPU颗粒的粒径明显变大且改性的WPU胶膜的耐热性能有所提高。
The modified waterborne polyurethane (WPU) emulsion was prepared from polyether and isophorone diisocyanate with acrylate oligomer (DJW-330) as modifier through self-emulsion method. The product was characterized by means of GPC, FTIR, DSC and Fluorescence microscope. The results showed that DJW-330 with required viscosity and relative molecular mass could be obtained by stepwisely adding 0.4% -0.6% azodiisobutyronitrile (based on the total acrylate monomer mass) and mixed acetone/ethyl acetate solvent with volume ratio of 3 : 4. When the dosage of DJW-330 was 1.4% (based on the total solid mass), integrative properties of the modified WPU was good, for example, the initial tack could reach 14#( ball number), the persistent adhesivity could maintain longer than 100 minutes and stability of the emulsion was high. The characterization results showed that DJW- 330 was combined with the polyurethane by chemical bonding, the modified WPU had obvious bigger particle size and its thermal stability was greatly increased compared to unmodified WPU.
