摘要
[目的]基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,探讨辨病推拿治疗儿童腹泻病的选穴规律。[方法]收集中国知网数据库、万方数据库、重庆维普数据库1979-2019年文献中关于儿童腹泻病的辨病推拿处方,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.0)软件,采用该软件的规则分析、改进互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析40年来小儿腹泻病的辨病推拿处方选穴规律。[结果]儿童腹泻病的辨病推拿处方395个,涉及穴位83个,常用穴位21个,核心穴位组合46个,高频穴位中小儿推拿特定穴占66.67%,最核心组合为脾经、七节骨、大肠经、腹、龟尾、脊柱穴。[结论]辨病推拿治疗儿童腹泻病以健脾化湿、调理大肠气机功效的穴位为主,核心穴位为脾经与大肠经,推荐处方为脾经、七节骨、大肠经、腹、龟尾、脊柱穴。
[Objective]Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.0)software,to explore the law of acupoint selection for the treatment of children diarrhea by disease differentiation and massage.[Methods]Based on the data collected from CNKI database,Wanfang database and Chongqing VIP database from 1979 to 2019,this paper analyzes the law of acupoint selection for the treatment of children diarrhea by disease differentiation and massage in the past 40 years by using the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.0)and data mining methods such as rule analysis and improved mutual information method.[Results]There are 395 massage prescriptions for infantile diarrhea,involving 83 acupoints,21 common acupoints and 46 core acupoint combinations.Among high-frequency acupoints,infantile massage specific acupoints account for 66.67%,and the core combinations are Pijing,Qijiegu,Dachangjing,Fu,Guiwei,Jizhuxue.[Conclusion]Tuina for treating infantile diarrhea mainly focuses on the acupoints with the functions of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness and regulating large intestine qi activity.The core acupoints are Pijing and Dachangjing.The recommended prescription are Pijing,Qijiegu,Dachangjing,Fu,Guiwei,Jizhuxue.
