摘要
目的了解眼科医生对《眼科临床指南》的认知、态度与临床实践情况,探索眼科临床指南在临床的推广及使用情况。方法通过发放问卷,调查参加全国眼科学术年会的眼科医生对临床指南的认知、态度及临床实践情况。结果学历越高、职称越高、工作年限越长,对指南的了解程度越好。在临床诊治中如遇到疑难问题,仅有19.9%的临床医生会通过指南来寻找答案。41.2%受调查者认为将指南中的推荐建议应用到医疗实践中有困难,32.4%受调查者认为临床和科研工作太忙,无暇了解和详读指南。结论眼科医生对《眼科临床指南》的认知度和使用率低于预期,今后仍需要有针对性的加强眼科医师对临床指南的学习及推广。
Objective To investigate the knowledge,attitude and clinical practice of Clinical Guidelines for Ophthalmology of ophthalmologists,in order to explore its clinical promotion and usage. Methods Questionnaires were issued to investigate ophthalmologists’ knowledge,attitudes and clinical practice,who attended National Ophthalmology Academic Annual Conference. Results Respondents with higher education,higher professional title or longer working years show relatively better understanding of PPP. Only 19.9% of the clinician will look for answers through PPP.41.2% of respondents thought there were difficulties in applying the recommendations in PPP to clinical practice.32.4% of respondents considered clinicians were too busy to read guidelines in PPP carefully. Conclusion The ophthalmologists’ cognition of PPP is not very well. It is necessary to strengthen the study and promotion of PPP in ophthalmologists.
