摘要
目的对我国泌尿外科医师职业满意度及相关因素进行研究,探索提高职业满意度的路径。方法2016年2-12月,通过中国泌尿外科医师普查项目对全国泌尿外科医师职业满意度及影响因素进行问卷调查。结果全国15875名泌尿外科从业医师参与了调查。其中,对职业情况表示满意的占比为48.8%,表示一般的医师占比为43.6%,表示不满意的占比为7.3%。结论加强泌尿外科医师业务培训,创造体育锻炼和社会活动机会,保障医师休假权益,打击医闹行为保护医师人身权利,可有效提升我国泌尿外科医师职业满意度。
Objective To study the career satisfaction and related factors of urologists in China and explore measures to improve their career satisfaction.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the career satisfaction and the influencing factors of urologists in China from February to December,2016 through the Chinese Urologists Survey Project.Results 15 875 urologists in China participated in the survey.Among them,48.8%were satisfied with their careers,43.6%were general doctors,and 7.3%were dissatisfied with their careers.Conclusion Strengthening professional training of urologists,increasing opportunities for physical exercise and social activities,protecting doctors’vacation rights and interests,and fighting against medical disturbances and protecting doctors’personal rights can improve urologists career satisfaction.
