摘要
目的研究妊娠期糖尿病不同治疗方式对妊娠结局的影响,观察分析其临床效果。方法研究对象主要为该院所抽取的60例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,2017年3月-2018年1月为研究时间,并且通过随机的方式,将研究妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分为两组,每组为30例。研究期间为两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,提供不同的治疗方式,最后对综合治疗效果以及常规性治疗效果,进行对比与分析。其中,对照组采常规的治疗妊娠期糖尿病方式以及护理,研究组采用在常规的治疗基础上,根据孕妇的实际情况应用综合治疗妊娠期糖尿病方式,同时全面分析两组孕妇治疗应用疗效。结果将两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇空腹以及餐后2 h的血糖和血糖达标时间进行对比分析,对照组孕妇的各项指标要差于研究组;研究组孕妇出现的产后出血、羊水过多、剖宫产等都要好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇用不同的治疗模式,最终发现,研究组的患者实施综合性治疗方式,能够为妊娠期糖尿病孕妇起到显著治疗效果,提高孕妇及其家属治疗满意度,应该大力推广与使用。
Objective To study the effects of different treatments on gestational diabetes on pregnancy outcomes,and to observe and analyze its clinical effects.Methods The study subjects were 60 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus extracted from the hospital.The study period was from March 2017 to January 2018.The pregnant women with gestational diabetes were divided into two groups by random method,each group was 30 cases.During the study period,two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were provided with different treatment methods.Finally,the comprehensive treatment effect and conventional treatment effect were compared and analyzed.Among them,the control group adopted conventional treatment and care of gestational diabetes.The research group adopted comprehensive treatment of gestational diabetes based on the actual situation of pregnant women on the basis of conventional treatment,and comprehensively analyzed the therapeutic effects of the two groups of pregnant women.Results The two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes were compared for fasting and 2 h postprandial blood glucose and blood glucose reaching the standard time.The indicators of the pregnant women in the control group were worse than those in the study group.The postpartum hemorrhage,polyhydramnios,and cesarean section of the pregnant women in the study group were worse.The birth rate was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By using different treatment models for two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes,it is finally found that the comprehensive treatment of patients in the study group can have significant therapeutic effects for pregnant women with gestational diabetes and improve treatment satisfaction of pregnant women and their families,which shoule be vigorously promoted and used.
