摘要
通过研究精料供应,实施废钢精细分类、设备精准计量、物料精确加入,为智能炼钢的实现提供稳定的基础保障;结合炼钢过程的特点,创新性的研究应用激光烟气分析设备,对冶炼过程中产生的烟气成分进行分析,得出吹炼阶段CO、CO2、O2的含量;结合海量数据,开发建立智能冶炼动态控制系统,实现炼钢智能化控制;研究优化静、动态控制模型,构建丰富的操作模式体系,对冶炼过程及终点进行动态调整,促使碳温双命中率达到90%以上,有效减少副枪探头的使用,降低生产成本.
By studying the supply of fine materials,implementing the fine classification of scrap,the precise measurement of equipment and the precise addition of materials,it provides a stable basic guarantee for the realization of intelligent steel-making,the innovative research used laser flue gas analysis equipment to analyze the composition of the flue gas produced in the smelting process,and obtained the content of CO,CO2 and O2 in the blowing stage.Based on the mass data,an intelligent dynamic control system for steelmaking is developed to realize the intelligent control of steelmaking.The static and dynamic control models are optimized,and a rich operational model system is constructed to dynamically adjust the smelting process and the end point,carbon temperature double hit rate was promoted more than 90%,the use of sub-gun probe and production costs were effectively reduced.
