转炉烟气分析动态炼钢技术在唐钢一钢轧厂的应用

摘要 介绍了转炉烟气分析动态炼钢技术的原理和系统布置特点,转炉烟气分析动态炼钢技术主要由烟气采集、处理系统和DYNACON动态模型组成。该系统在投用后提高了一倒出钢率,降低补吹比例,经济效益显著。 It mainly introduce the principles and characters in term of system layout of dynamic control of conver)er off- gas which consists of off-gas collecting system, processing system as well as DYNACON dynamic; model. Great benefit has been made related on economy, primary blowing qualify ratio and reblowing ratio af)er system dynamic control of converter off- gas putting into commission.
