摘要
目的:通过中医介入规范小学生眼保健操做法,观察其对当代小学生视力改善的临床疗效。方法:于2017年9月22日随机抽取广州市白云区广园小学四年级的学生(四个班级),共173人,用抽签法将班级随机两两分组,分为实验组与对照组。实验组学生87人,共174只眼;对照组学生86人,共172只眼。实验组经干预后做标准规范的眼保健操,对照组则未经干预,按照原来方式做眼保健操。干预时间为3个月。干预前后分别对各组视力数据行秩和检验,比较其差异。研究对象于干预前后分别填写眼保健操调查问卷。结果:问卷调查示眼保健操对改善做操前后视物清晰度有一定效果,对视力的改善体现在即时效应较好(P<0.05),但3个月的干预前后两组视力数据无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:眼保健操能即时缓解视力疲劳,但3个月眼保健操干预对控制学生裸眼视力影响不大。建议适当增加做眼保健操次数,加强眼保健操规范教学,宣传用眼卫生习惯。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in improving pupils’eyesight.Method:On September22,2017,the fourth grade students(four classes)of Guangyuan Primary School in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City were randomly selected,with a total of 173 students classes were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by drawing and signing method.87 students in the experimental group,a total of 174 eyes;86 students in the control group,a total of 172 eyes.The experimental group did standard and standardized eye exercises after intervention,while the control group did eye exercises according to the original way without intervention.intervention time was 3 months.Before and after the intervention,each group of visual acuity data row rank sum test,compared its difference.The subjects filled out the questionnaire of eye exercises before and after intervention.Result:A questionnaire survey showed that eye exercises had a certain effect on improving visual clarity before and after exercise,and the improvement of visual acuity was reflected in the better immediate effect(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in visual acuity data between the two groups before and after 3 months of intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Eye exercises can relieve visual fatigue instantly,but the 3-month intervention has little effect on the control of students’vision.It is suggested that we can increase the times of eye exercises they do in a day,strengthen the standard teaching,and publicize the habit of eye hygiene among the students.
