摘要
教师教育是国家的事业、政府的责任。从农村小学教育现状看,培养“进得去,留得住,教得好”的农村本土化小学教师是必要和必须的。“三定向”师范生政策能有效解决农村小学教师“下不去、留不住、教不好”之困境,实现了乡村教师本土化策略,替农村小学教育储备了一支优秀的教师后备队伍,为广大农村偏远地区优秀学子带来了继续向上求学的希望,给师范院校引来了好生源,是解决农村小学师资之困的必然选择。
Teacher education is the cause of the country and the responsibility of the government.Judging from the present situation of rural primary education,it is necessary and obligatory to train localized rural primary school teachers who can be admitted,are willing to teach and can teach well.The policy for“three oriented”normal students can effectively solve the plight of teachers who“can not be admitted,uwilling to teach and unable to teach”in rural primary schools,realize the localization strategy of rural primary school teachers,and reserve an excellent team of teachers for rural primary school education.The policy is the inevitable choice to solve the difficulties of rural primary school teachers,bringing hope for excellent students in rural and remote areas and attracting a good source of students for normal colleges and universities.
