摘要
高校教师党支部书记肩负着基层党组织建设和高校发展的双重任务。文章就为何要加强高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育做出阐述,以南京城市职业学院为例,分析高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育的落实情况及普遍存在问题,并从培养后备队伍、发挥示范作用、完善监督考核、激励保障措施等方面,探索加强高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育的有效路径。
The secretary of the party branch of teachers in colleges and universities shoulders the dual tasks of the construction of grassroots party organizations and the development of colleges and universities.The article explains why we should strengthen the cultivation of the“dual leader”of the party branch secretary of college teachers.Taking Nanjing City Vocational College as an example,it analyzes the implementation of the“dual leader”of the Party branch secretary of college teachers and the common problems.And from the training of reserve teams,demonstration role playing,supervision and assessment improvement,incentives and safeguards,etc.,the paper explores the effective ways to strengthen the cultivation of“double leaders”of the party branch secretary of college teachers.
