多相流动环境中管线钢内腐蚀失效研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 油气多相混输工艺具有输送效率高、经济效益好等诸多优势,但是多相混输管材料腐蚀失效问题严重影响工艺的可靠性。总结了多相流动过程中冲刷和空化作用、流动腐蚀作用对管线钢内腐蚀行为的影响;分析了腐蚀性气体、采出液成分及微生物作用在混输管路服役环境中的腐蚀机理。混输管路的内腐蚀失效主要是机械冲蚀与环境腐蚀耦合作用的结果,在不同工况下的致蚀机理有所不同。针对混输管路混输管道内腐蚀机理的研究有助于制定高效防腐措施,提升工艺整体安全性。 Oil and gas multiphase flow pipeline transportation process is considered as a high efficiency and good economic benefits method, but the reliability of the process is seriously affected by the pipeline corrosion failure. The influences of erosion and cavitation effect, flow corrosion effect on the pipeline internal corrosion in the multiphase flow environment were reviewed. The mechanisms on the corrosion behavior of multiphase flow pipelines in corrosive gas,components of oilfield production fluid and microbial action were summarized. The pipeline internal corrosion failure is mainly the result of mechanical erosion and environmental corrosion coupled at the same time, and the corrosion-erosion mechanism is different in working conditions. The study of the corrosion mechanism in the multiphase flow pipeline contributes to developing effective anti-corrosion measures and improving the safety of the whole process.
