摘要
中层干部是学校的重要岗位人员,培养一支成熟的、能做事的中层干部队伍是校长的重要工作之一。校长应该注重引领中层干部工作能力的成长、个性品质的改变、价值观念的提升。同时,要站在校长的高度充分信任各岗位中层干部,协调中层干部之间的关系,树立中层干部的威信,让中层干部看到上升的空间和进步的希望。
The middle level cadres are the important post personnel of the school.It is one of the principal's important work to cultivate a mature and capable middle level cadres.The principal should pay attention to leading the growth of middle level cadres'working ability,the change of personality quality and the promotion of values.At the same time,we should fully trust the middle level cadres of all posts,coordinate the relationship between the middle level cadres,establish the prestige of the middle level cadres,and let the middle level cadres see the rising space and the hope of progress.
