提高普朗铜矿一期斑岩型铜矿石选矿指标的试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study on Improving Beneficiation Index of Phase I Porphyry Copper Ore in Pulang Copper Mine

摘要 普朗铜矿一期开采的矿石属斑岩型硫化铜矿,矿石中铜、钼、金的含量分别为0.68%、0.006%和0.16g/t,这些金属的品位较低,但都具有回收价值。以相同的粗磨抛尾、粗精矿再磨浮选的原则流程,通过采用高效捕收剂EP2并添加粗选调整剂的新药剂条件,小型闭路试验获得指标为铜精矿铜品位为24.62%、钼品位0.15%、金品位4.08g/t,相对应的回收率分别为93.24%、60.82%、67.86%。在小型闭路试验对比中,以新药剂条件的试验方案得到较好的浮选指标,铜精矿铜品位略低0.45个百分点,而铜精矿中铜、钼、金回收率分别提高2.44、5.46、6.37个百分点。 The ore of Phase I mining of Pulang Copper Mine belongs to porphyry type copper sulfide ore,the contents of copper,molybdenum and gold in ores are 0.68%,0.006% and 0.16 g/t,respectively,the grade of these metals is low,but they all have recovery value.With the same principle flow of coarse grinding,tailings polishing and coarse concentrate regrinding and flotation,the new reagent condition of high efficiency collector EP2 and adding roughing regulator was adopted.The small closed circuit test obtained the indexes of copper grade of copper concentrate 24.62%,molybdenum grade 0.15%,gold grade 4.08 g/t,and the corresponding recovery rates were 93.24%,60.82% and 67.86%,respectively.In the comparison of small closed-circuit test,better flotation indexes were obtained by the test scheme with new reagent conditions.The copper grade of copper concentrate was slightly lower by 0.45 percentage points,while the recovery rates of copper,molybdenum and gold in copper concentrate were increased by 2.44,5.46 and 6.37 percentage points,respectively.
