摘要
为进一步提高西藏某多金属矿有价金属的回收率,进行了原矿性质研究、条件试验、流程试验研究和产品检查。通过试验研究确定了“钼硫等可浮+再磨+钼/铜硫分离”工艺流程回收钼,闭路试验获得钼精矿Mo品位50.19%,钼回收率为82.57%,钼精矿质量达到GB3200-82中的一级品一类标准;钼精尾进行抑硫浮铜,闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位22.06%,铜回收率为45.11%,铜精矿质量达到YB112-82中的九级品标准。
In order to further improve the recovery rate of valuable metals in a polymetallic ore in Tibet,the raw ore properties study,condition tests,beneficiation process tests and product inspections are carried out on the test samples.Through the experimental study,it is determined that the ore dressing process of molybdenum-sulfur iso-flotability+regrinding+molybdenum/copper-sulfur separation is adopted to recover molybdenum.The molybdenum concentrate with Mo content of 50.19%and molybdenum recovery of 82.57%can be obtained by closed-circuit test.The quality of molybdenum concentrate can reach GB3200-82 grade 1 standard.The experiments of sulfur inhibition and copper flotation are carried out on molybdenum cleaner tailings.The copper concentrate containing 22.06%Cu with a recovery of 45.11%is obtained by closed circuit test.The quality of the copper concentrate can reach the ninth grade standard of YB112-82.
