摘要
目的:探究对严重脓毒血症患者运用血必净与常规西药联合治疗的应用价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年7月收治严重脓毒血症患者140例,随机分为两组,各70例。观察组采用血必净与常规西药联合治疗;对照组采用单纯常规西药治疗。比较两组效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,观察组生活质量各指标评分高于对照组,观察组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子α水平、超敏C反应蛋白水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对严重脓毒血症患者运用血必净与常规西药联合治疗,不仅能提高治疗效果,改善生活质量,还能对患者机体异常炎症反应进行有效抑制。
Objective:To explore the application value of Xuebijing combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of severe sepsis.Methods:From February 2018 to July 2019,140 patients with severe sepsis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 70 cases in each group.The observation group used Xuebijing combined with conventional Western medicine,the control group used simple conventional western medicine.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the scores of all indexes of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuebijing and conventional Western medicine can not only improve the therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life of patients,but also effectively inhibit the abnormal inflammatory reaction of patients.
