摘要
目的:探讨血必净注射液治疗脓毒症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将70例脓毒症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用血必净注射液,连续治疗7 d。观察比较两组患者体温、血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)、TNF-α、IL-8、APACHEⅡ评分、临床总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗7 d后,治疗组总有效率(94.3%)高于对照组(76.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后体温、心率、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血清CRP水平、TNF-α、IL-8、APACHEⅡ评分等各项指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发现严重的不良反应。结论:常规治疗的基础上联合应用血必净注射液治疗脓毒血症,有较好的疗效。
Objective： To discussion the clinical efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of sepsis. Methods： The 70 patients with sepsis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, with 35 patients in each group. Patients were treated with conventional treatment in control group. Patients in obser- vation group were treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of control group, continuous treatment for 7 days. Body temperature, routine blood test, C-reactive protein （CRP）, TNF-α, IL-8, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation （APACHE Ⅱ） ratings, total efficiency and adverse reaction condition were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results： The total efficiency in treatment group （94.3%） was higher than the control group （76.3%）, 7 days after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）; The treat- ment group showed lower body temperature, heart rate, leucocyte count, Neutrophil count, C-reactive pro- tein（CRP）, TNF-α, IL-8, acute physiology and chronic health evaluation （APACHE Ⅱ ） ratings than the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Obvious ADR was not found in both groups. Conclusion： On the basis of conventional therapy, Xuebijing injection can provide good efficacy on Sepsis.
