摘要
人工智能技术是引领经济社会发展的战略性前沿性技术。人工智能技术军民双向转化作为国家实施创新驱动发展战略的重要方式,具有很强的超前性、联动性和不确定性。但人工智能技术军民双向转化亟待系统布局,完善机制并统一标准。下一步要建立军地沟通常态化协调机制,促进人工智能技术成果转移转化,推进科技创新平台基地的统筹布局和开放共享。
Artificial Intelligence is a strategic frontier technology that leads economic and social development.The military and civilian two-way transformation of Artificial Intelligence technology,as an important way for the country to implement the innovation-driven development strategy,is strongly pioneering,comprehensively connected and greatly uncertain.However,the military and civilian two-way transformation of Artificial Intelligence technology is in an urgent lack of systematic arrangement,improved mechanism,and unified standard.The next step is to establish a normalized military and civilian communication and coordination mechanism,facilitate the two-way transformation of military and civilian Artificial Intelligence,and promote the overall arrangement and opening and sharing of the science and technology innovation platform base.
