摘要
基于对国内外人工智能发展态势的分析,从人工智能的原始创新能力、顶层谋划和设计、基础软硬件、技术平台、人才培养和引进、前沿研究布局6个方面,对中国人工智能发展的若干紧要问题进行了探讨。
This article analyses the developing trend of artificial intelligence at home and abroad, and discusses some urgent issues of artificial intelligence development in China through the six aspects, namely original innovation capacity, top-level planning and designing,basic software and hardware, technology platform, talent cultivation and introduction, and frontier research layout. Some relevant suggestions are also put forward, which are expected to offer advices to the China＇s artificial intelligence development in the fierce international competition.
