摘要
马鞭草科植物牡荆是一种传统的药用植物,由牡荆叶提取的挥发油制成的油胶丸已载入中国药典。化学研究表明,牡荆主要有木脂素类、黄酮类、萜类、酚酸类等化学成分。药理学研究发现,其具有抗炎镇痛、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、镇咳平喘、抑菌杀虫、保肝等多种生物活性。目前,国内对于牡荆属的其他植物研究较多,对牡荆的化学成分、药效及应用的研究较少,在中兽药和中草药饲料添加剂方面尚无相关的报道,但其广泛的药理作用及原料来源表明其有较好的开发利用价值。论文综述牡荆的化学成分和药理作用,以期为其开发利用提供参考。
Vitex negundo varc.annabifolia,agenus of Verbenaceae,is a traditional medicinal plant.The oil capsules made from the volatile oil extracted fromVitex negundo var.cannabifolia leaves have been included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Chemical studies have shown that Vitex negundo varc.annabifoliais mainly composed of lignans,flavonoids,terpenoids,phenolic acids and other chemical components.Pharmacological studies have found that Vitex negundo var.cannabifolia has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,antitussive and antiasthmatic,antibacterial and insecticidal,liver protection and other biological activities.At present,there are more studies on other plants of the genus Vitex,and less on the chemical composition,efficacy and application of Vitex negundo varc.annabifolia.There are no reports on the veterinary drugs and Chinese herbal medicine feed additives,but their extensive pharmacological effects and the source of raw materials indicate that Vitex negundo varc.annabifolia has good development and utilization value.The chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Vitex negundo varc.annabifolia were reviewed in order to provide reference for development and utilization.
