摘要
目的探讨龈下喷砂在牙种植体维护中的作用。方法方便选取2018年1-12月该院牙种植体维护患者50例,随机数字表法分试验组(n=25)、对照组(n=25)。均行全口牙周超声洁治,对照组联合传统塑料器械进行植体维护,试验组联合龈下喷砂。比较两组种植体炎症损害发生率、舒适性(VAS评分)、治疗前、治疗后5个月探诊深度(PD)、探诊出血(BOP)、菌斑指数(PLI)、附着丧失(CAL)、生活质量(OHIP-14评分)。结果以确切概率法计算,试验组种植体炎症损害发生率0.00%(0/25)与对照组4.00%(1/25)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后5个月试验组PD(2.67±0.44)mm、BOP (0.51±0.22)mm、PLI (0.54±0.22)mm、CAL (3.51±0.67)mm低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t1=2.569,t2=4.399,t3=4.074,t4=2.486,P<0.05);治疗后5个月两组OHIP-14评分均显著降低,且试验组OHIP-14(12.02±2.01)分、VAS(2.67±0.64)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t1=3.705,t2=6.906,P<0.05)。结论龈下喷砂在牙种植体维护中更具舒适性,且种植体炎症损害发生率低,能显著改善牙周状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of subgingival sandblasting in dental implant maintenance. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 50 patients with dental implant maintenance in our hospital were convenienty selected and randomLy divided into experimental group(n=25) and control group(n=25). All patients underwent periodontal ultrasound scaling. The control group received implant maintenance combined with traditional plastic instruments, and the experimental group received subgingival sandblasting. The incidence of implant inflammation damage,comfort(VAS score), depth of exploration(PD), bleeding(BOP), plaque index(PLI), attachment loss(CAL) and quality of life(OHIP-14 score) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The incidence of implant inflammation damage in the experimental group was 0.00%(0/25) compared with that in the control group 4.00%(1/25). There was no significant difference(P<0.05). After 5 months of treatment, the PD(2.67 ±0.44) mm,BOP(0.51±0.22) mm, PLI(0.54 ±0.22) mm and CAL(3.51±0.67) mm in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t1=2.569, t2=4.399, t3=4.074, t4=2.486, P<0.05);OHIP-14 scores of the two groups were significantly decreased after 5 months of treatment,and OHIP-14 scores(12.02±2.01) points and VAS(2.67±0.64) points scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t1=3.705, t2=6.906, P <0.05).Conclusion Subgingival sandblasting is more comfortable in dental implant maintenance, and the incidence of implant inflammation damage is low. It can significantly improve periodontal condition and quality of life.
