摘要
目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤化疗患者造血功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取本院2016年9月-2017年12月行化疗治疗的弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者80例,将其依据随机数字表法均分成两组,每组各40例。对照组给予标准CHOP方案化疗,试验组基于此联合参芪扶正注射液治疗。对比两组化疗前后的血常规(WBC、HGB、PLT)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)与T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)情况。结果:治疗前,两组免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平、血常规(WBC、HGB、PLT)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组WBC、HGB、PLT水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM均优于对照组(P<0.05),实验组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤化疗患者,通过给予参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗,能减轻免疫功能损伤及骨髓抑制,临床应用价值突出。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenqifuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy on hematopoiesis and immune function in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Method: The total of 80 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma from September 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with standard chop regimen. Based on this, the experimental group was treated with Shenqifuzheng Injection. The blood routine(WBC, HGB, PLT), immunoglobulin(IgG, IgA, IgM) and T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+) of two groups were compared before and after chemotherapy. Result: Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of immunoglobulin(IGA, IgG, IgM), blood routine(WBC, HGB, PLT), T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+) between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBC, HGB, and PLT in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), immunoglobulin IgA, IgG, and IgM were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, T lymphocyte subsets CD3^+, CD4^+, CD4^+/CD8^+ in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenqifuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy can reduce the damage of immune function and myelosuppression in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
