坚硬地质条件下管道清障及对接技术研究与应用

Research and application of pipe clearance and docking technology under hard geological conditions

摘要 在顶管施工中经常遇到掘进机机头前方有坚硬土石,多次掘进导致刀盘磨损破坏,后续无法继续有效顶进。结合工程实例,提出一种基于临时套筒的清障及对接的钢顶管穿越基岩层的施工方法,并对具体施工工艺进行了详细阐述。利用该工艺顺利完成了背景管道工程的贯通,其经验可为以后类似遇阻清障提供参考。 In the pipe jacking construction,it is often encountered that there is hard earth and rock in front of the head of the roadheader,resulting in wear and damage of the cutterhead,and the subsequent jacking can not be continued. Therefore,combining with the project example,a construction method of clearing obstacles and docking based on temporary sleeve is proposed to solve the problem of through bedrock layer in the pipe jacking construction. This paper describes specific construction process of this method in detail. The technology successfully completed the completion of the pipe jacking project of this section,and its experience could provide reference for similar obstacle-clearing and underground pipeline docking projects in the future.
