摘要
为解决超大口径钢顶管由于管径增大、管壁增厚带来的施工难题,依托上海市黄浦江上游水源地连通管C2标工程,对DN4000mm钢顶管焊接工艺进行了阐述。在此基础上,从超大口径钢顶管施工扰动机理分析出发,分别对掘进开挖技术、泥浆技术与穿越技术进行系统研究。工程实施效果良好,所形成的相关技术可为类似工程提供借鉴。
To solve the construction problems of super large diameter steel pipe jacking caused by the enlargement of pipe diameter and the thickening of pipe wall,the welding process of DN 4000 mm steel pipe jacking is described based on the C2 bid section project of connecting pipe in the upstream water source area of Huangpu River in Shanghai.On this basis,from the analysis of disturbance mechanism of super large diameter steel pipe jacking construction,the excavation technology,mud technology and crossing technology are studied systematically.The implementation effect of the project is good,and the relevant technologies can provide reference for similar projects.
