摘要
目的:观察并探讨核磁共振成像诊断脑梗死的临床价值。方法:利用Excel表格将2016年6月至2019年6月间来我院进行检查的364例脑梗死患者平均分为对照组和研究组,各182例,给予对照组患者CT检测,给予研究组核磁共振成像检测,对两组诊断结果进行对比分析。结果:研究组各项准确率均高于对照组,核磁共振成像检测准确率为97.80%,显著高于CT检测的86.26%(P<0.05)。结论:相较于CT检测,对脑梗死患者采用核磁共振成像检测准确率更高,能帮助医生快速诊断病情并予以有效治疗,可进行推广。
Objective To explore the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods Using the excel form,the 364 patients with cerebral infarction who came to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were evenly divided into the control group and the study group,each with 182 cases.CT test in control group and MRI test in study group,then comparative analysis of the diagnosis results of the two groups.Results The accuracy of MRI detection was 97.80%,which was significantly higher than the CT detection of 86.26%,and the data are significantly different(P﹤0.05).Conclusion For patients of cerebral infarction,MRI has a higher detection accuracy than CT test,which can help doctors diagnose the disease quickly and treat it effectively,which can be promoted on a wider scale.
