甘泉—下寺湾地区页岩气井压裂配液用水配伍性研究 被引量:5

Study on Compatibility of Water for Preparing Fracturing Fluid in Shale Gas Well of Ganquan-Xiasiwan Area

摘要 在对甘泉—下寺湾地区压裂配液用地表水和页岩气井地层水水质分析的基础上,结合CaCO3和CaSO4两种类型垢的结垢趋势预测结果,分析评价了压裂配液用地表水与地层水的配伍性。实验结果表明该区块地表水为NaHCO3水型,地层水为CaCl2水型。在70℃下,地表水与地层水之比为10∶0~7∶3时,无CaCO3结垢趋势;地表水与地层水之比为6∶4时,显示会有CaCO3生成,且随着混合水样中地层水比例的增加,结垢趋势逐渐增大。因此,地表水不能直接作为压裂配液用水,在配液前应加入CaCO3垢抑制剂进行防垢处理。以上成果认识对本区页岩气井压裂具有重要指导作用。 Based on the water quality analysis of surface water for preparing fracturing fluid and formation water from shale gas well in Ganquan-Xiasiwan area,this paper analyzed and evaluated the compatibility between surface water and formation water by combining scaling trend prediction result with simulation experiment data by combining the prediction results of scale formation trend of CaCO3 and CaSO4.The experimental results showed that the surface water was NaHCO3 type and formation water was CaCl2 type.When the ratio of the surface water and formation water was 10∶0~7∶3,there was not CaCO3 scale,when the ratio was 6∶4,CaCO3 deposit formed at 70℃.With the increase of the proportion of formation water in the mixed water sample,the scaling trend gradually increased.All mentioned above showed that the surface water cannot be directly to prepare fracturing fluids,and CaCO3 scale inhibitor should be added for antiscale in advance.The above achievements had an important guiding role for shale gas wells fracturing in this area.
