摘要 滑溜水体积压裂技术是随着近年来对页岩气、致密砂岩气等非常规油气藏高效、经济开发而形成的一种新兴水力压裂技术。是在水力压裂过程中,使天然裂缝不断扩张和脆性岩石产生剪切滑移,形成天然裂缝与人工裂缝相互交错的裂缝网络,以增加水力裂缝数目,从而增加储层改造体积,提高初始产量和最终采收率。鄂尔多斯盆地延长组陆相页岩储层岩相变化快、脆性矿物含量低、泥质含量高、物性差。采用滑溜水体积压裂技术是该区陆相页岩气勘探开发的主要手段。本文根据该区储层地质特点,对滑溜水压裂液的减阻、防膨及返排等性能进行了研究,形成了适合鄂尔多斯盆地陆相页岩储层的新型滑溜水压裂液体系。该液体体系在陆相页岩储层压裂施工中进行了应用,应用效果良好。为陆相页岩气的高效压裂奠定了基础。 Slippery water volume fracturing hydraulic fracturing technology is a new technology in recent years as shale gas, tight sandstone gas and other unconventional reservoirs efficient, economic development and formation. In the hydraulic fracturing process, the continuous expansion of natural fractures and shear slip brittle rock formation fracture network of natural fractures and artificial crack intertwined as to increase the number of hydraulic fractures, increasing the volume of reservoir stimulation to improve the initial production and ultimate recovery. Yanchang continental shale has characteristics of rapid petrographic facies, low brittle mineral content, high clay content and poor physical properties. Using slick water volume fracturing is a necessary means in the area of continental shale gas exploration. Based on the geological characteristics of the reservoir area, the drag reduction, anti-swelling and flowback properties were studied on slick water fracturing fluid, as a result, forming a new suitable slippery water fracturing fluid system used for Ordos Basin continental shale reservoirs. The liquid system has been applied in continental shale reservoir fracturing with a good result, which is foundational and suitable for the continental efficient fracturing of shale gas.
