摘要
如何有效提升卓越教师的影响力,充分发挥其示范引领作用,一直是困扰我国乃至世界教育界的难点问题。美国的“新兴领导者项目”作为教师领导力发展计划中的一个典型代表,自2001年启动以来成绩斐然,所培养的领导型教师在提高教师集体绩效方面效果显著。该项目实行选拔式招募筛选、实践式学习模式和工作嵌入式考核评估方式,在理念设置、实操流程以及保障机制方面的特色可以为我国的领导型教师——骨干教师——的培训和发展提供一定的启示和借鉴。
Researchers from different countries all over the world have been plagued by a key issue of education,i.e.,effectively improving great teachers'impact and fully exert their demonstrating and leading impacts on teaching community,for quite a long time.Since its launch in 2001,the Emerging Leaders Program in the United States,a representa?tive teacher leadership development initiative,has made outstanding achievements in culti?vating teacher leaders who successfully promote students'performance by leading the whole teacher community.The program adopted rigorous selective admission,practicebased learning model,and job-embedded assessment.The experience in its design con?cept,practical implementation and safeguard mechanism may provide us with reference and enlightenment in training and developing backbone teachers as the teacher leaders in Chi?na.
