摘要
乳腺疾病是源于乳腺腺体、脂肪、淋巴、血管、乳头等乳腺相关组织的疾病。在临床中应用乳腺腔镜为患者行辅助性治疗可明显增强手术操作的准确度,其临床特点为切口隐蔽性强、形成的创面较小、具有一定的美容功效以及康复快等,基于以上优点大多数患者的接受程度较高。近几年随着医学科技的不断创新发展,在外科手术中乳腺腔镜的应用也越来越广泛,手术样式也呈多样化发展势头,各大医院的主治医师及专家均有自己熟悉且习惯的手术路径以及操作空间建立方式,优缺点不一。本研究课题主要对乳腺腔镜手术操作空间建立的进展状况行分析探讨,为各专家学者的临床治疗途径提供一定的参考。
Breast diseases are diseases originating from mammary gland, fat, lymph, blood vessel, papilla and other mammary related tissues. The application of breast endoscopy in clinic can obviously improve the accuracy of operation. Its clinical characteristics are strong concealment of incision, small wound, certain cosmetic effect and quick recovery. Most patients have a higher acceptance based on the above advantages. In recent years, with the continuous innovation and development of medical science and technology, the application of breast endoscopy in surgical operations is becoming more and more widespread, and the mode of operation is also diversified. The chief physicians and experts in major hospitals have their own familiar and customary surgical path and operation space establishment methods, with different advantages and disadvantages. This study mainly analyzed and discussed the progress of the establishment of operating space for breast endoscopic surgery, and provided some reference for the clinical treatment of experts and scholars.
